who is Luft
I'm Ben, the founder or Luft Coaching.
I help individuals and teams to communicate better, have more impact and influence, and transition successfully into new roles and settings.
Originally a professional actor, I'm now an accredited Executive coach and facilitator, helping individuals and teams realise their potential and make positive changes.
I also design and deliver experiential, interactive and memorable training sessions, designed to your organisations' needs.
